Shipping Rates

The following shipping rates apply to online orders:

Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Firearms and ammunition (all sales final)
  • Gift cards and eGift cards
  • Suppressors (cannot be canceled or refunded)
  • Custom-configured products
  • Special orders
  • Used products
  • Clothing items
  • Items sold “as is”

Returns (Eligible items)

Returns are accepted within 30 Days of delivery if:

  • The item is in resaleable condition
  • The original receipt or order confirmation is provided
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Heartland Munitions Co. has final discretion on all returns

 

Before you ship a return 

Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any return.

All Returns must include:

  • Original receipt or order confirmation
  • RMA number
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Contact phone number and email

Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns and refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including transit time.

Cancellations & Unclaimed Orders

 
  • Orders canceled or not picked up within 30 days of being ready incur a 25% restocking fee
  • Items found to be damaged are exempt from the restocking fee if the damage is verified with us before the item leaves our possession. 

Exchanges

All exchanges are processed as return (subject to the policy above), with a refund issued to your original payment method. You may then place a new order.

Shipping Returns Safely

We recommend:

  • Using a carrier with tracking numbers
  • Purchasing full-value insurance on your package
  • Keeping proof of shipment

Important: Heartland Munitions Co. is not responsible for packages lost in transit to us. USPS Priority Mail requires a 30-day waiting period before initiating package trace.

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

Products sold by Heartland Munitions Co. are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, not a separate warranty from Heartland Munitions Co. If you experience an issue with a product, contact us, and we’ll help direct you to the manufacturer’s warranty process, or assist with an RMA if the items needs to come back to us first
